Daily Burn Yoga Fundamentals is a back-to-basics yoga program designed to empower first-time yogis to improve their strength and flexibility. A six-week program featuring intense cardio and strength workouts. During the 20-minute high-intensity training portion of each workout, you’ll move through a series of high-impact exercises designed to awaken new muscle groups and drive results. Black Fire is a 60-day program that focuses on full-body exercises combining different fitness principles including strength, endurance, power, balance, core, and recovery.
